How can I delete my question?

You can only delete your question when Genie has not answered yet.

Step 1: Choose the question you want to delete in Outbox and click the ellipsis icon (…)  in the upper right corner of the question box.

Step 2: Click “Delete this question”.

Step 3: Click on “Yes” to confirm and completely delete your question.”
