I forgot my password. How do I obtain it?

You can recover your password with your email address:

Step 1: Open the Email section by clicking on the envelope symbol.

Step 2: Click “Forgot password”.

Step 3: Enter your email address.

Step 4: Check your email for an OTP code, enter it on the Genie website to reset your password.

Step 5: Create your new password.

Step 6: Proceed to log in to your Genie account as usual.
