What can Gems do?

Gems can be converted into Coins. You can redeem or convert Gems into Coins to use for activities on the app. For instructions on converting Gems to Coins, please visit ‘How do I earn coins?‘

Gems can be used to withdraw money. You can withdraw money from the Genie app to your linked bank account by the following step:

Step 1: Click Wallet in the upper left corner of your profile page.

Step 2: You need to go to the Gems tab – the pink rhombus symbol . Then click the “Withdraw”. 

Step 3: Once the conversion is completed, your money will be transferred to your bank account. Please check notifications from the bank you have linked!
